BTHomestead, from a retailer and wholesaler of petroleum
products set up in the mid 1960s, then known by different trade
name, spearheaded a changed of its business in the late 1970s, 
and built what it is today. 

An investment in acquiring a piece of land in Kuala Lumpur, 
BTHomestead successfully built on it a series of terrace
and link houses in 1985 in which it was successfully sold out. 

Carrying on with the stride from here the group went on and
ventured into condominium developments and embarked on its
first development which was a 39-storey condominium project
in Mont Kiara. The Project was yet another successful accomplishment.
